Tabinda S. Naseer emigrated from Pakistan when she was 10 years old and grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. Tabinda’s family sacrificed a tremendous amount to come to the U.S. and it took them years of hard work to re-establish themselves financially.

During law school, she worked as a judicial law clerk at the Third Judicial District Court in Topeka, Kansas. She also interned for the law school’s Project for Innocence Clinic and Legal Aid Clinic.

She later worked for Legal Aid of Western Missouri, covering 18 counties in Northwestern Missouri; there she worked in the Housing Unit representing tenants in housing court for various matters. Tabinda joined The Sader Law Firm in April 2021.
