Sader Law Firm continues to bolster bankruptcy bench with addition of Naseer

The Sader Law Firm is pleased to announce Tabinda Naseer has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Her work primarily focuses on consumer bankruptcies and assisting individuals and families experiencing financial hardships.

Naseer previously worked for a litigation firm in Wichita, Kansas, practicing immigration law, and most recently spent time with Legal Aid of Western Missouri, which services 18 counties in Northwestern Missouri. There, she worked in the Housing Unit representing tenants in various matters.

“Tabinda has developed her legal research and analytical skills through work in diverse areas of law,” said Neil Sader, Managing Member at The Sader Law Firm. “She brings a strong attention to detail and takes great pride in assisting clients who are often in a vulnerable and challenging situations. We are very excited to have her join the team and believe she will add both depth and quality to our growing consumer and business bankruptcy practice.”

Naseer emigrated from Pakistan when she was 10 years old and grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. She completed her undergraduate studies and earned her law degree at the University of Kansas. While at the University of Kansas School of Law, Naseer served as a judicial law clerk at the Third Judicial District Court in Topeka, Kansas, and interned for the law school’s Project for Innocence Clinic and Legal Aid Clinic.
