McCormack earns recertification as Business Bankruptcy Specialist

Sader Law Firm is pleased to announce that partner Bradley D. McCormack recently received recertification as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist from the American Board of Certification (ABC) Standards Committee. He will now be certified through 2026.

ABC offers separate certification programs in business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. The certification is designed to recognize lawyers who have met discrete, rigorous and objective standards.

Brad joined The Sader Law Firm in 2007, and he currently focuses his private practice on bankruptcy, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy, as well as commercial real estate and commercial litigation. He has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts and also handles debtor and creditor issues in Kansas and both the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri.
