Sader Law Firm is pleased to announce it has added Stephen Krogmeier to its strong bench of bankruptcy attorneys. Stephen brings with him an accomplished track record of litigating complex issues and in-depth research and writing skills.
Krogmeier, a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and Rockhurst University, will focus his practice on complex matters related to commercial and bankruptcy litigation, appellate work and post-judgment matters.
Prior to joining Sader Law Firm, Krogmeier served as a clerk for the Western District of Missouri Appellate Court and served both individual and business clients in a variety of subject matters and courts. He also spent time as a special assistant attorney general within the Missouri Department of Revenue, where he represented the director in transactional tax disputes worth millions of dollars and litigated complex issues against some of the best law firms in the country.
“Stephen is an excellent addition to our already robust and experienced team of bankruptcy lawyers,” said Neil Sader, managing member at Sader Law Firm. “Stephen’s strong attention to detail and thoroughness will pay dividends for our clients and our team here at Sader Law Firm. Stephen has been entrenched in the Kansas City area legal community since moving from St. Charles, Missouri, and we’re thrilled that he’s joining our team to provide us the litigation experience we were seeking.”
During his time at UMKC, Krogmeier adapted the skills necessary that benefit commercial and business clients. In 2014 and 2015, he played a pivotal role in UMKC earning championship titles in negotiation and contract drafting competitions. He earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude the following year. At Rockhurst University, Stephen received his Bachelor of Science in physics and Bachelor of Arts in English.
