Jack Atherton was born and raised in Salina, Kansas where he attended Salina Central High School. He attended the University of Wisconsin, earning his Bachelor of Science in biology in 2022. Following undergrad, he attended the University of Kansas for law school, graduating in 2025.
While at KU Law, Jack gained experience as a judicial intern at the Johnson County Courthouse in 2023 and as a summer associate with Kansas City litigation firm. He also served as a Staff Editor and Comment Editor for the Kansas Law Review and as a Research Assistant for the Commercial Law Department.
