Dish Network Corp won a bankruptcy auction for Blockbuster Inc. early Wednesday morning, offering about $320.6 million for the movie-rental chain, The Wall Street Journal reports.
Dish won Blockbuster after a marathon auction that began Tuesday morning in federal bankruptcy court in Manhattan and concluded in the middle of the night at the offices of law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
