Sader Law Firm, LLC is pleased to announce Missouri Lawyers Media has selected Connie Montemayor for its 2022 class of Unsung Legal Heroes. Montemayor, who serves as firm administrator and office manager, was one of six who earned recognition in the Office Manager category, MLM recently announced.
Montemayor joined Sader Law Firm, LLC at its inception in 1997, playing a vital role in helping the firm become the largest all-bankruptcy firm in the Kansas City region and in the states of Missouri and Kansas. Montemayor received her Paralegal training at William Jewell College in Liberty. She helps clients understand the bankruptcy process and aids staff, helping them understand how the firm can improve its work product and profitability. Montemayor independently set up the firm’s bookkeeping, tax reporting, federal payroll return, banking and payroll functions.
In addition to her Paralegal duties, she continues to supervise monthly billing, all while handling employee relations matters – hiring, training, scheduling, etc. – with professionalism and pride. Montemayor is also the primary contact for the firm’s service providers – including IT, health insurance consultants, banks, equipment leasing, and more – and she jumps in as paralegal and fills in for staff members when needed.
