Since 1997, the bankruptcy attorneys at Sader Law Firm have experience in helping individuals, couples and businesses with Chapter 7 bankruptcyChapter 13 bankruptcyChapter 11 bankruptcy, Business Law, Collections and more. Our caring, experienced attorneys and staff understand what financial problems can do to you and your family.

Bankruptcy is the focus at Sader Law Firm. Every attorney handles both consumer and business bankruptcy matters. The attorneys at SLF work to guide individuals and businesses to stable financial futures. Each Sader Law Firm attorney has a unique legal background that we put to good use by matching his or her knowledge to best meet each of our clients’ needs. Bankruptcy, for us, is not just another practice area. Helping individuals, families and businesses through bankruptcy is our focus and passion.

When clients meet us, they are often upset, stressed and, frankly, desperate for relief. When you first reach out to us, our attorneys will take the time to listen to you and hear about your situation. Unlike some other types of legal practice, our clients often start to feel better after the very first phone call. We offer clients a range of options and solutions and guide them every step of the way. After the case concludes,  our clients emerge from bankruptcy with reduced stress, peace of mind and a fresh financial start for themselves, their businesses and their families.

Why Choose Sader Law Firm:

  1. We are both lawyers and counselors.

Our firm prides itself on helping people and guiding clients through Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11. We offer individual, personal service and never treat any client like a case file. We listen and communicate. When cases are difficult, we are creative when looking for solutions. For these reasons, many of our new clients are referrals from past clients.

  2. We offer a full range of business bankruptcy services.

Some local bankruptcy law firms do not practice Chapter 11 for individuals or businesses. If you have a small-to-medium-sized company, family business, sole proprietorship or partnership, you may want to know your options during hard times. The earlier you seek help from Chapter 11 attorneys, the more options you will have to save your business and get back on track.

  3. We are not a bankruptcy mill.

Some firms pride themselves on low fees that may seem too good to be true. Be aware that low-cost, television and billboard advertising “bankruptcy mill” firms (many of which are based out of state) do not offer clients personal services or follow-up assistance when needed. They do their best to limit the amount of time clients spend with attorneys. They also make sure that they’re among the first ones paid through your Chapter 13 payments, often leaving unsuspecting clients with even higher balances if their cases are unsuccessful. That is not how we practice law. It’s important to remember that your financial future is on the line. We care about your success in the process. We feel it’s in your best interest to do it right the first time.

  4. Board-Certified Specialists in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law.

When considering your options, choose a board-certified bankruptcy specialist over an attorney who simply dabbles in bankruptcy law. In 2000, managing member Neil Sader received board certification as a specialist in consumer bankruptcy and in 2016 Brad McCormack received board certification as a specialist in business bankruptcy from the American Board of Certification, which is accredited by the American Bar Association and is co-sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Law League of America. Both Neil and Brad have met rigorous and objective standards and have demonstrated extensive knowledge in their respective areas of  bankruptcy.

  5. We have a proven track record of student loan debt reduction, too.

Student loan debt is mistakenly thought of as completely nondischargeable in bankruptcy. However, we have a proven track record of success dealing with unmanageable student loans. Even if you can’t completely wipe out student loans, our law firm can negotiate reductions in principal amounts and payments for clients.
