Sader Law Firm, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of associate attorney Nathan P. Hauber. He bolsters a continually growing bankruptcy practice at the firm dedicated to detailed, responsive legal services that provide business and individual clients with beneficial resolutions to financial difficulties.
Before entering private practice, Hauber worked as a law clerk for Nowak & Stauch, PLLC in Dallas, Texas. He gained exposure to various areas of law, including legal malpractice, medical malpractice, commercial contract disputes, and landlord/tenant issues.
“Nathan looks forward to applying his passion for legal work to advocating on behalf of clients in bankruptcy processes and other financial and business-related matters,” said Neil Sader, Sader Law Firm Managing Member. “He already displays strong judgment in his work through his educational and professional background, and our firm will be a great place for him to grow as an attorney.”
A native of Overland Park, Kansas, Hauber completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in business administration and finance and a minor in marketing. He later earned his law degree from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.
While enrolled there, Hauber performed pro bono work for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and volunteered with Texas Law Help, providing online resources and Legal Aid information to those in need from across the state. He also interned for the law school’s COVID-19 Legal Helpline, assisting in various landlord/tenant and contract disputes during the early days of the pandemic.
