This clinic is a project of the University of Missouri-Kansas City Graduate Tax Law Foundation. It is staffed by UMKC tax law students and supervised by professional practitioners. The clinic assists people who have tax problems from prior years and who could not otherwise afford professional assistance. Services include representation for tax audits, representation in tax court, drafting payment plans and more. To qualify, an individual must have an income under $28,725 or under $58,875 for a family of four.
