Meet Kansas City Bankruptcy Lawyer Nathan P. Hauber

Kansas City bankruptcy lawyer Nathan P. Hauber Nathan P. Hauber grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. After graduating from high school, he spent many summers working for Bartlett Hauber Landscaping, his father’s landscaping business, out of Grandview, Missouri.

Nathan graduated from the University of Arkansas in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Marketing. He remained in Arkansas for a year, working in business before moving to Dallas, Texas, in 2019 and enrolling in law school at Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law.

At SMU, Nathan performed pro bono work for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and volunteered with Texas Law Help, providing online resources and Legal Aid information to those in need from all Texas counties. He also interned for the law school’s COVID-19 Legal Helpline, assisting in various landlord/tenant and contract disputes during the early days of the pandemic.

Before entering private practice, Nathan worked as a legal clerk for Nowak & Stauch, PLLC in Dallas, Texas. He gained exposure to various areas of law, including legal malpractice, medical malpractice, commercial contract disputes, and landlord/tenant issues.

Nathan joined Sader Law Firm, LLC in January 2023 and looks forward to advocating on behalf of clients in their time of financial hardship as well as working on various financial and business-related matters.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his fiancé, hiking, watching documentaries, and watching the Chiefs and Arkansas Razorbacks.
